Our Story

Just over a year ago, We found ourselves driving 45 minutes across the Twin Cities to play indoor pickleball to occupy some time while our son was attending a church event. We aren’t pro pickleball players — just recreational players who love the sport, the community, and being active.

On the way home, the conversation was simple:

“This is great… maybe we can do this.”

That idea turned into something much bigger.

Leveraging more than 50 years of combined experience across consulting, business, marketing, IT, and process improvement, we set out to build something from the ground up — not just a place to play, but a facility where community could be built, designed to operate as a sustainable, scalable business.

We opened our doors in September 2025.

Built from real-world experience — not theory.

We own and operate an indoor pickleball facility in Minnesota, where we work through the same decisions, challenges, and opportunities that every facility owner faces. From layout and pricing to programming and day-to-day operations, we’re actively building, testing, and refining a business in a rapidly evolving space.

What We Built

Today, our facility includes:

  • 7 indoor pickleball courts, including a premium, championship court - best in the Twin Cities

  • A second-level viewing area (“The Palm Perch”) with entertainment including pool tables, ping pong, and dart boards

  • A kitchen offering light snacks, smoothies, specialty drinks, beer, and wine

  • A growing pro shop featuring leading pickleball brands

  • A dedicated event space for parties, group events, and private bookings

But more importantly — we built a business model behind it.

What We Learned
